Hello I am looking for help with building my friend a PC

I am looking to help build a PC for my friend, I want to aim to be around $1500-$1700. He has mointors but will need a keyboard, mouse, and headphones but for that I was planning on being a bit cheaper and have it upgraded at a later date. I would prefer it to be fan cooled as that is what I have built before and more comfortable with as I am going to build this with him. I am near a microcenter as I have seen that asked in other posts. Additonally I would prefer an M.2 SSD with 2TB.

He will be using this mainly to play a variety of games

Thank you for your time
