Why is my adhd medicine Adderall not working while I have a bad cold & I’m tired?

I have a cold (not flu or covid but a bad cold ) and my Adderall isn’t working. I’m also tired and it isn’t working and this is so awful. When you get sick with a low grade fever of if you’re very tired and you take your Adderall or another stimulant does it work? Adderall works when I get my period. I know that some ladies say Adderall doesn’t work when they’re on their period.
