download speed is fine in everything else in the house but my pc is very slow

my download speed on my pc was around 5mbps, everything else in my house gets 300mbps+ ive tried everything, updating the drivers, updating windows, doing lots of the command terminal, preferred bands and all that and it only got me to 15mbps. i have no idea what to do next. its not a distance issue as my ps5 is right next to my pc however it gets way more mbps. sometimes when i fiddle with the network thing where preferred band is (i forgot what it’s called) it makes my download speed 0-1.5. i have no idea what to do next. my upload speed is alright hitting 15-20 my specs are:
