Is cancer rare at young age?

I’ve been seeing alot of articles about cancer rising in younger people. It’s made me very anxious and just wanted to see how worried I should be about getting cancer. I am a male, age 22. Are cancer treatments improving, will treatments be better when I’m in 30 years or so?
