advice anyone?

hi all! I'm raised by a narc mom and an emotionally cowardly dad. I'm 17 and am really struggling with my relationship with my parents and my family dynamic so from the people who have lived through dysfunctional families, what are some things you wish you could have told your younger selves or what advice do you all have for me?
