North Cove @ 375 West 207th St

Hey all! Wondering if anyone here has also been asked to submit docs for these apartments.

I was asked on on 6/30 to submit documents, (so exciting!), I have CB preference and 50% AMI. About 2-3 weeks later I was told I was eligible for either a 1 or 2 bedroom unit and if I was interested, I said yes of course and I preferred a 2 bedroom since I have children. Long story short I was invited to tour an apartment last week, it was a 2 bedroom and at that rent price I was very happy and let them know I was interested right away. The last I heard was they confirmed receipt of my email saying so, and last I heard (today) they said they will be in touch once they submit documents to HPD for further approval and lease signing etc etc.

They were very clear in the emails that it wasn't a guarantee of the unit but it seems everything is going well. The lady that gave me the unit tour said they're trying to move in people by September or October the latest (the site is still under construction on the first floor, where they are building a supermarket). Any advice or any others interested in this building?
