Need ideas on how to productively use this empty space in my house.

Hey guys,

Due to the relatively steep (decline) elevation of my property, there is an empty /void space (or courtyard) between the front half and rear space.

Looking for some decent ideas to use this spot, i was thinking storing bikes but would need a decent shed,

Thought of placing a couch/outdoor area, but the giant central A/C would prove bothersome.

* Not keen on going through headache of covering it, with the exception of DA/Council aspects, i think it's a logistical nightmare.

* It receives no sunlight.
