(USA) Person that don't know how to run kitchen

So we have this 1 manager who doesn't know how to run kitchen at all. So this morning we were so busy from 10:15 am to 10:30 am central making breakfast orders and he ask us to cook Steaks to order. I'm am like we shouldn't be cooking food to order when we are pending ordeers. Also i made a tray of Bacon and put a new sticker on there. he took the sticker from my made bacon and put it on the other bacon that has a expire sticker. I had to tell him not to do that.

So do you have any managers that are like that in your store.
