Have a question regarding SSDI/SSI and divorce.

I was awarded SSDI. However, when my husband turned 65, they changed it to SSI. My husband is now divorcing me. I know I'm not eligible for his SSA, but will my payment increase after the divorce is finalized? I tried searching the website and the information was super confusing. I was on the phone over two hours and finally hung up at 8 pm because I doubted anyone was still in the office. He made 90% of our monies. He will leave me homeless and destitute. I can't afford an attorney and have been searching my state for legal aid.
