2014 Ford Fiesta (automatic) - Transmission Codes and can't engage 3rd gear - TCM or other problem?
Hi all, just had the fun of driving home from a job interview to having my check engine light come on with trouble engaging third gear. It would rev high or jerk, and then the wrench shaped light came on, and a warning popped up on the sync system that said "Transmission Malfunction." I limped home at 25 mph and hooked up my OBDII reader and Forscan on Android, and it gave error codes, with one saying that it can't engage gear 3. Here are the codes:

My question is, does this tell you what is wrong, and is this something I could fix? Or is this an entire transmission replacement scenario? I am completely broke, long-term unemployed, and can't afford to take it to a dealer or mechanic, unfortunately. Thank you so much for looking this over, and for any help/insight you might be able to provide. This is honestly pretty catastrophic, and I'm feeling beyond hopeless.
