AIO or is my (27f) bf (29m) of 6 years racist?

Basically I come from a different cultural background & was raised in a different religion. However, I don’t follow that religion. But I do believe in God and have a relationship with him. My bf is not religious at all yet lately claims to be a huge Christian. I told my bf if we ever got married and had kids, they can follow his religion but I still want them to enjoy foods from my culture and teach them a bit of the language since I’m fluent. He said he does not want them involved in that because my culture apparently lives off the government and they are ruining America. Yet everyone in my family (immediate & relatives) are extremely hard workers and great, generous people. We have never “stolen” from the government as he says it.

He is extremely obsessive with politics and race now. He claims I won’t “compromise” yet basically wants me to erase my entire identity. I’m pretty hurt because I’m proud of my culture and my family has been nothing but good to him yet all the things he sees on social media have made him extremely hateful. Does anyone know how to go about this?
