One Life or Golds Gym in Ballston?

Hi all. Moving to nova next month. DMV Iron in Falls Church is a little out of my budget so im looking for a new gym and came across these two near me.

Just need a big space with solid equipment and maybe a young(er) crowd? I been lifting for over a decade so I dont need any classes or coaching.

Any input is appreciated.
