Powering on Error

Im heartbroken. After a week of good printing, she died in my arma.

After unplugging the machine and moving it to a proper table, my CC no longer works. Im sure its a boot sequence failure. When I power the machine on, the touchscreen loads to Elegoo logo, and does not continue.

Ive attempted so many different power cycles. Removed the plugged in USB (likely culprit). Error persists. Attempted power cycling with unplugged printhead cable. Error persists. Attempted power cycling with printhead cable reinserted. Error persists. Unplugged and replugged every wire I could. Error persists.

I put in a ticket with Elegoo, but I feel so crestfallen. I don't want to go back to my Ender 3.
