Sydney cost sqm to build

Hi,

I will be Building a custom home about 1hr south/west from Sydney in the near future. Although I say custom the inside will NOT be marble floors, coffered ceilings etc, basic inside and upgrades where needed. How much are people paying per sqm meter these days? (I don’t work in the industry so I have no idea)
