If there's anyone that can't sleep like me. Thanks at night and finds himself.Just looking up random shit because it popped in their heads. This is one everyone should seriously give a read this topic is not blocking white. It is very traverse and changes. So vastly by state, even if they have the same age we know our state, it's the age of 16 point blank, no, if n's or butt. Unless you entice a 16-year-old into activity, and then the age jumps to 18, meaning up you run into someone under the age of 18 flirt and do anything you would do with somebody over the age of 18 to engage in activities. You've committed a felony, because in Massachusetts, we believe a 16-year-old. It has the mental capacity to engage. It's in adult activities, but does not have the mental capacity to ward off somebody. It's wanting to engage in activities with them. Make it make sense. Then you go over even one state and the laws are so vastly different. Yes, give connecticut or Colorado area? I forgot which one it is. Thanks, but there is so much detail. It's into ages and what constitutes consent, it's very well-thought-out somebody spent a lot of time on it. That's sign, but at the same time, that's it's confusing as hell it should be simple and sweet for most of these states. If you're above the age of 20, you stay with the number, the state says, regardless what any age gap exemptions, there are like. I said, one of those 2 states is very confusing. They talk about a 5 year age difference, a 3 year H difference. Pretty younger all the way down to they recognize that a twelve-year-old can consent to somebody who's less, then 2 years older than them, so 12 and 13 are fine. But twelve and fourteen is a class, a felony, automatically thrown up to superior court charged as an adult, put on the list and everything. Once you hit 13, it is 2 years and 11 months exactly. They even break it down with an example if the younger one, it's born on january first, yes, that's awesome, and the older one is born on a february first it is legal.
But if he's born anywhere in january, it's a felony.😀 everyone give this a read. I'm not even fully done with it. If nothing else, it makes you ask a lot of questions when you start seeing people charged with crimes, at least certain crimes. It's because in our lovely state here. If you're a 15-year-old child engages with another 15-year-old child, they folk just committed a class, a felony. And the state will charge them and prosecute them to the full extent of the law. But one of the southern states has an eighteen year age, with an age exemption, covering up to age 30 for 16 and 17. That one just made no sense if you are one6 or one7. You can consent, let's see the age roof that's usually the most active least respectful and most likely to damage someone just together, notch on their the bed post🤔
