Weaning

My LO will be 11 months this month and ideally I’d like to nurse her through one year. She loves real food so I don’t have an issue there but just unsure of an appropriate way to wean? She currently nurses when she wakes up, after her first nap, before her second nap, once in the evening and right before bed. How did everyone wean?!
