Looking for freelance producer

We are a small indie studio currently preparing our first project, a sci-fi narrative RPG.
To strengthen our team and improve our chances for funding, we are looking for an experienced part-time freelance Producer based in Germany.

Requirements:

• Must have successfully shipped at least one video game (any platform, indie or commercial)
• Marketing experience is a plus, especially regarding indie game promotion and crowdfunding, but is not a must

Details:

• Position: Part-time, freelance
• Start date: January 2026 (pending successful funding)
• Application deadline: Before 10th September 2025
