Baby monitors

Hi everyone, I haven’t had much luck with my research so I wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations for baby monitors for twins and ideally additional children in the future.

Here’s a few things I would like:

1. Option for split screen viewing
2. WiFi and non-WiFi capabilities (option to view on phone if one of us is out of town)
3. Range of around 1000 ft
4. Decent (good quality) vision
5. Ideally not a part of a paid app subscription
6. Additional points for safety for when it uses WiFi

Does such a thing exist??
