Does anyone have experience renting out a boat on lake Travis for a day? If so how was it? Did you have fun?!

Hello Austin!! I’ve been thinking about renting out a boat on lake Travis for my birthday next month, but I’ve never done it before so I was wondering if anyone has experience doing that! Is it fun? Is it worth it? Should I just go swimming at Emma long instead? Should I get one with a captain on it or just take the boating course online and drive it?

I really just want to hear about others experiences with a rental boat! I’m not super married to the idea yet, so I’m trying to find out before I get super excited haha
