I'm seeing people what are not real

I'm 19 I weigh 164-175

I've started seeing people in the corner of my eyes I've been hearing people to (like family members who aren't there)

I'm hesitant to say shadow people because sometimes they're colored

It is also very brief to see them it's like I see them walking by in the corner of my eye and then they're gone when I look

I know this can be somewhat normal but it's picked up in frequency lately

I have used Benadryl to trip before but that was month ago I was tripping on benies for about a month of prolonged use

I've since quit mostly

Sometimes I'll use it to fall asleep but rarely.

Recently I have done DXM (888ng of dxm poli)

I've also taken light doses on datura About 2 I. Total with minor effects I did that about a week ago

Is there a possible connection to these substances an my recent experiences?
