Thank you Kamala
Just watched her interview on Colbert.
I was crying almost the whole time. She's so smart and humble and capable. Amerikkka clearly didn't deserve her.
Seeing them together made me nauseous with concern. For all of us.
She seems so... just... so exhausted. And rightfully so. We cannot expect black women to fight all of our battles for us! There are so strong, but it's not fair to rely on them to do as much as they do!
I wish I could thank Kamala for all she has done. <3
EDIT: To the hundreds of racist, mysoginistic, ableist, and otherwise gross, empathy-free people commenting on how stupid you think Kamala is, or how inept, or incapable she is, or that she's part of the problem. You don't become THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE OF A MAJOR POLITICAL PARTY as a BLACK WOMAN without being massively intelligent, STRONG, and DETERMINED!!! But blah blah blah... I HOPE YOU ENJOY FASCISM. She sacrificed EVERYTHING for us and all she gets in return is your criticism. If you were half as dedicated to democracy as you are to complaining we wouldn't be LITERALLY SEEING A PEDOPHILE FELON LOCK PEOPLE UP IN CONCENTRATION CAMPS FOR THEIR SKIN COLOR.
I'm so fucking done with this country.
