Need help pls

Some backstory; my first service dog i had since I was 9. I am now 24. He died the beginning of this month from a tumor rupture it was an extremely aggressive form of cancer. I had him trained years ago by a trainer in New Jersey and the process was very different. I went to my doctor to see if I still required a service dog and to make a long story short the answer is yes. I had been mulling over getting another one so soon because the pain of losing my first son is still lingering hard but my doctor gave an ultimatum due to health concerns. Unfortunately as mentioned earlier the process has changed drastically and prior my mother helped me with all the paperwork and whatnot. I now live in florida and my doctor referred me to contact social services but I honestly have no idea where to start and my doctor had less of an idea. Any help Is super appreciated.
