Relapse at 28 days

I’m not proud of it but it was inevitable. When you start edging/still continue to peak and engage in porn, you’re doomed to fail. It’s a lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way so many times.

Back on the horse, at least I don’t feel the urge to binge. Tomorrow is a new day.
