2013 Audi S5 7Spd DCT
I’ve had the car for a little over a year now. it’s a 2013 with 97k miles and has a 7spd DCT. I’ve never had any issues with the transmission until yesterday. i get in the car after sitting for a day and when leaving my apartment complex i stop at the stop light. the light turns green and i shaft to accelerate but in the middle of 1st gear the car abruptly jolts. Almost like i got tapped by another car in the rear. Thought it might’ve just been a hiccup until it did it again at the next light. then i was concerned. however after that it never did it again during my 30 min drive. i even waited a little for the car to warm up to see if it cut power or shifted weird and everything felt perfectly fine. shifted smooth and had no power cut. thought it might’ve been a hiccup again until it happened again today after the car sat overnight however this time it only did it once and not as bad. then again continued to drive normally and shift perfectly fine. could this be a case of re adapting the DSG via OBDEleven or do we think this is a bigger issue. No error codes pop up and i ran a quick check with my cheap little FixD scanner and there are no codes (granted it only scans for engine codes but thought maybe it could be been an abrupt misfire or timing retard or something) any advice?
