i’m so confused just looking for advice

so about a week ago i realised i was late for my period and decided to take a test ( been dealing with infertility so i wasn’t expecting much ) i took two that both came out faintly positive right at the 3 min mark which was a surprise to me, since they were so light i decided to get a clear blue digital test and took that two days later but it came out negative, the next day i went to the dr where they ordered a urine test and i took that which came out negative as well, my dr has ordered a blood test that i go in for tomorrow and im sure ill know for sure when i get those results but not knowing is making me so anxious. why would i get two positives and then the negative tests after? i usually get really bad cramps before my period which i haven’t gotten, i had some mild cramping for a few minutes a few days before i realised my period was late (i thought i was going to start soon but when i didn’t is when i tested) but it went away and i’ve been nauseous but nothing really like my usual pms symptoms. i just don’t know what to think
