Summerslam 2025 Was the Last Straw Brock Lesnar’s Return Is Disgusting. I’m Done. Where Do I Start with AEW?

Sorry if I put this on the wrong flair but i’ve just been put up with a lot as a WWE fan. Bad storytelling, burying talent, repetitive booking fine. I stuck around. But Summerslam Night 2 broke me.

Not just the ending (which was extremely mid), but the return of Brock Lesnar. A man tied to serious allegations and lawsuits some of them connected to Vince. A man WWE quietly removed from creative and then brought back like nothing happened.

It’s one thing to be tone-deaf. It’s another to bring someone like that back and expect cheers. That was the moment I realized WWE doesn’t care about fans or accountability just headlines and shock value.

And on top of that, they’re hiking up PLE prices to $30/month starting in 2026? Are you kidding me? You’re charging more while giving us less and rewarding people with horrifying accusations tied to them? I’m out.

I’m ready to give AEW a shot. I’ve heard good things, I know names like MJF, Swerve, Kenny, etc., but I’m going in blind. What’s the best show to start with right now? Are any past storylines I should watch to catch up? Where can I stream AEW without breaking the bank?

If AEW treats its fans and talent with respect, and focuses on actual wrestling, that’s all I need right now. Done with WWE’s gaslighting circus.
