CEL MK7 GTI

Just changed the fuel injectors on my mk7 gti after it was throwing misfire codes on my access port for cylinder 1 and 3. Car has been driving good but I noticed the CEL has come on and then I clear it, comes back on, and is now off again. No major signs of any issues. Only codes access port is showing are the same codes I’ve had on there from putting on aftermarket parts when then car had 1k miles on it ( now has 100k). Has anyone ran into this?
