Teletherapy for AAC users

Hi all! I recently started a teletherapy job after many years in schools. I have quite a few students who are AAC users, which was never my forte in person to begin with. Does anyone have resources that have been helpful to them for this population in teletherapy, outside of YouTube videos of preferred songs/topics, etc.? For reference, some of the goals are things like "will make a choice between two activities" or "will express physical state" (hungry/tired etc.). THANKS!
