What will happen if you report to a Medicaid health and wellness check caseworker that the house that you’re living in needs condemned?
LOCATION: OHIO My roommate did just that, yesterday. They (38) reported to their Medicaid health and wellness check caseworker that the place we’re living in is uninhabitable and needs condemned (according to my roommate - but everyone else has no issue with the place). My roommate is moving out at the end of the month, so no repercussions will fall on them. But there’s nine more of us that have nowhere to go. There’s myself and my special needs adult son, two girls that live upstairs, their roommate that has 3 kids under 12, and an older gentleman that lives on the top floor. If this place gets condemned, we’re all screwed. All because my roommate got a bug up their ssa and decided they were going to fvck it all up for EVERYONE since THEY had to move and we don’t. So can anyone tell me what will happen now that my roommate reported it to their caseworker?
