I keep bleeding after second after sex.

23 f and a month ago I had vaginal intercourse the first time. I didn't bleed the first time and it was not a pleasurable experience as we did it in the woods and didn't last long. The last few times we did it, I kept bleeding after a second in and it's a complete turn off. It has beginning to make me very self conscious with myself. Even been fingered twice and still happens. I'm thinking if I should make an appointment with my doctor first or go to the health department and get a pelvic exam. Has this happened with anyone before??
