Bitcoin given to me.

I had bitcoin given to me from a friend for a birthday present... uhh am 15 I literally don't know what I can do this with this I can't sell it or trade it or buy anything with it without kyc. I am obviously not 18 year old with an id to do kyc so is there any way I can sell this for like a giftcard that I can actually use? Idk why I even got bitcoin bruh I got the worst group of friends
