Maintenance can’t figure it out

The inside of our apartment is sitting at 80+ for the last week and a half. Maintenance sits there and fiddles with it all day, then clocks out with a “Still not sure what’s going on.”

First, they added coolant. Then, they replaced the fan blade. And most recently, they fixed the wiring. None of this has solved the issue. They said something is causing our fan to overheat. 🫠 I’ve got cats and I’m dying here, any suggestions?
