Worth it to try running Wan 2.2 14B with 8GB VRAM/16GB DDR4 RAM using a compressed/quantized version if it can even work or is that setup super slow?

I've got an RTX 2070 Super so an ancient GPU in the world of AI, so is it even worth trying to run the 14B Wan 2.2 model(s) with my setup or would I be better off not wasting time cuz it'll be slower than a turtle generating no matter what?
Also, is there like an easier UI you can use for it or is Comfy the only one that works with it/for it rn? Comfy seems pretty complicated to use, so if there's an alternative that works with it then I'd rather use it instead.
