Looking for a new job

People, I'm thinking about leaving the place where I'm working. I've been working here for 4 months. At first, it was OK, 7 patients for each CNA, but now there are 2 CNAs per floor, and I usually have more patients because I'm "new" here. I've had 13 patients alone while the other CNA had 8 patients. Before I worked 3 days a week, now they changed it to 2 days a week, and in these past two weeks, I was scheduled to work 1 day (Sunday) a week. I live in NYV and only get paid $23 an hour.

I'm thinking about going to hospitals near my home to submit my resume, because maybe, since I have four months of experience, I can get a job. What do you think?
