If you were more depressed + tired when you started Prozac how long did it take for the side effects to go away?

If you were more depressed, anxious + tired when you started Prozac how long did it take for the side effects to go away? I’ve been on it for 3 weeks. I was on 10mg but dropped to 6mg about a week ago. I’m less anxious on 6mg, but I’m sleepy all the time and I’m more sad on Prozac so far. Goes away?
