Expenses budgeting for LL advice

Supposing someone have just enough for LL~80k +15k for miscellaneous spendings, do you think it's a good idea to go for the surgery right away or would it be better to save up more in case of unforeseen circumstances? Of course, in this scenario, the person has the parents to stay with and provide support if really essential, but prefer not to rely on them. Any advice?
