Oven dish meal ideas

I'm a teenager and I just got a cute little le creuset oven-dish from my friend and I want to use it to eat a little better but I'm struggling to find good recipes. I eat almost everything, though we have a lot of minced beef but all the recipes I find are casseroles, or really cheesy pasta dishes. My mom pointed out sheperd's pie and enchiladas but otherwise I'm stumped. Even something simple like korean beef to eat with rice would be appreciated!
