90s kids movie with alien who eats with his butt

I vaguely remember seeing a kids movie in ‘90s with a scene of a family eating dinner with an alien, and the alien takes a plate of chicken wings and sits on it, then moves around in his seat while praising how good it tastes and how the mom must give him the recipe for this air quotes chicken, then he pulls out a plate of bones and sets it on the table. Pretty sure there’s a burp sound effect without his mouth moving then he asks for a toothpick. What is this movie?
