It’s one of my earliest memories of Stern had to have happened Pre-Sirius guessing 2002 maybe?

But anyway a woman called into the show and wanted to just tell Howard that Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters mentioned Stern in an interview. Howard just then went ballistic on this girl. Started making fun of her valley girl accent “Dave Gruel” and just screamed at her and how he didn’t give a shit if she was a fan or not because she was just annoying to him. I think he must have yelled at her for 15 minutes.

I dunno I tried to find it from Marks Friggin and maybe I misremembered it but I found it funny as hell as a kid.
