Need recommendations to remove stump grindings and prepare yard for re-seeding

We've had 19 trees removed and stumps ground. We are left with holes with a bunch of wood chips (leyland cypresses and pines). We need professional help with removing or redistributing the wood chips, filling in the holes (topsoil or compost or ??), leveling and grading these areas and the entire back yard (0.4 acres) and if necessary, aerating. I want to prepare the yard to be seed-ready by September.

I will DIY all weed killing, fertilizing, and seeding. I need to hire someone to do the rest.

We live on the north side of Knoxville in Halls. Who might you recommend?
