What product to use for my care

I just got a 2019 avaalon touring that has softex trimmed seats and ultrasuede front seats.

I don’t know much about cleaning it and the manual just says to use “neutral detergent dilited to 1%” but I’m not sure what that means.

What products can I safely use for the seats and maybe the dash?
