Albino - White tail

This might be a stupid question but, is there anywhere you can go to have a good shot at killing an albino whitetail?- I saw some comments on another post of some guys saying they see tons. Maybe even guided hunt on public or private? I started researching and noticed it’s illegal in some areas. Would be a sick shoulder mount.
