Who will hire stay at home moms?

What companies will hire someone who has been a stay at home parent? No education, no job experience, no skills or qualifications. So nothing to put on a resume. Just looking for bottom of the barrel entry level stuff that doesn't require a resume & has a human that someone could talk to about their application.
