In your experience, which camp news actually matters?

I'm a little newer to Dynasty, so this is a question for the veterans. So much of camp news is extremely positive, it becomes difficult to see through the optimism and coachspeak. I'm sure there are many examples of camp heroes who ended up being completely irrelevant in the regular season, as well as total camp zeroes who ended up lighting it up in the Fall. BTJ I have heard is a recent example of someone was relatively quiet during camp, but went on to have an excellent season and is now a top dynasty WR.

In your experience, which parts of camp news end up being significant to the regular season? Are there specific signs you look for when evaluating a player?
