am I experience limerence?

Almost three years ago I met this guy who I worked with. Had a little crush on him because he was just my type. When I left the company in May 2024, we exchanged phone numbers. in October 2024, I got him a job with someone I know. We talk almost every day. Just about random things really. We are in the same career path and have some similar things in common.

Here’s what’s driving me crazy. I feel like I am constantly thinking of this man. It consumes me entirely, even during my dreams. I know that I have this crush on him that has really just increased when we talk, but I genuinely feel overpowered. We recently started following each others daily runs/workouts on an app for accountability. I’m seriously going crazy not getting this man out of my head.
