auto made account, where do I get the info to log in...?

Ive done so much digging into how I can log into my Fidelity account.
For context, I worked at panasonic for 2+ years and have never opened the Fidelity website or anything like it in my life (im 21) I went to log into the account because i was told to through mail to log in and add my email to my profile. I go to register and it says I have an account, i try to "lookup username" and it says theres a problem. I have no idea how to get the auto made account info or really what to do to get access to the account.
