Michelin CC2 Tires

Looking to get new tires before winter and the Michelin CC2 has been a recommend in every posts/articles/ reviews I've read.

Problem is that it doesn't come in the OEM size of 215/45R/18, only 225/45R/18. Anyone has tried this size on their hatchback with success? TIA!
