Starting a small daycare

Hi,

I want to open a daycare business in NJ. I have about $50,000 that I can use to start it up. I'm in the very beginning stages of just trying to figure this out. My first thought was to start in home, but I'm currently renting a condo (so it's not allowed) and purchasing a house is next to impossible in this state, commercial space is the only option, but I'm just wondering if $50,000 is even enough to get things moving. I would want to have no more than 15 children to keep staffing low and quality high.
