Will I ever be able to bottom?

I’m 24 and been wanting to bottom for some time now. I had an internal hemorrhoid since I was little that I finally got removed about 2 months ago. Im so tight and sometimes barely can get a finger in! I’ve had hookups with some good foreplay but the top can’t get in without hurting me. Will I be able to bottom ever? How often do you guys practice? Anyone else feel like they won’t be able to bottom?
