Lump found in breast

Hi. I found a marble sized lump in my right breast. the surrounding area is read & it hurts to touch. I’ll be calling my dr tomorrow but could use some kind of anything now. or similar situations. I noticed it today getting out of the shower, I had a small red mark on my upper breast & looks down to see a large red area taking up about 20% of my nipple with this lump under. I’m stable now but i’m having a lot of anxiety.
